• CGM Library - Named CGM Draw and written in the C programming language, when properly used this library will allow your C or C++ program to output basic CGM Vector Graphics. It was written by G. Edward Johnson at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Not sure if it is available anywhere else but you are welcome to take it. Please abide by the licensing terms contained within the library itself.
