INMBatch Description

INMBatch is a system which automates the execution of your INM studies. The INMBatch system allows you to define which INM studies (and cases) should be run in an automated batch mode.

After defining the INM studies to be run in batch mode you simply run the DOS batch file which is prepared by INMBatch.

You are then free to walk away from the system.

Your INM studies will be run in sequential order.

Important note: INMBatch assumes everything is properly configured in your INM studies before the batch run.

Thus, you should always test run your INM study first before allowing INMBatch to try to run the study in an automated fashion.

When launched, INMBatch runs unseen in the background. The process it uses is as follows:

  1. INMBatch executes your installed version of INM.
  2. Then directs INM to open to the first supplied INM study.
  3. Then executes the INM Run Start command.
  4. Then selects the INM cases which you have requested to be run.
  5. Then presses the run button.
  6. Monitors the progress of the cases being run.
  7. Exits INM when all of the cases have finished processing.
  8. Repeats steps one through seven for any remaining INM studies supplied.
  9. Exits automatically.
